Tire weight will it rob a lot of my HP ?

Been riding a few times with my new Bearclaws on .190s and I love them but man are they heavy. They seemed to have robbed some hp.
I know how to get it back the traditional way. Pipe, modified air box and so on.
What would you guys suggest if I set these parameters.
No: airbox mods (ride mud & water)
loud exhaust (stock decibals)
nothing exotic or expensive ie, NOS or turbos.
Would a bore and cam be worth it without improving the breathing?

I put the tires on my 250 and did not notice but a small loss. The traction gain was worth the amount of power loss. There are scads of mods out there but be sure they will suit your riding style. ie: airbox mod would not work for me because I ride in deep water and water proffing is VERY important to me.
One of the easiest mods is a K&N air filter which will give you a small HP gain and much better air filtration.
My machine seems to run stronger on super unleaded fuel.

Reeds are only on 2 strokes. I tried a clutch kit when it was new but I didnt like it the bike wouldnt wheelie anymore and the engagement was to high for my style of riding. Tried different springs and weights but it just didnt work correctly. It was an EPI they were very helpful but I got my money back because I wasnt satisfied.
My main question to everyone is would there be worth while gains by doing a cam and piston without improving the breathing? I already have a K&N filter.
