K&N intake for pred

Default K&N intake for pred

does any1 know the K&N part number for the filter that fits w/o anymodding to the machine.. if i get the part number i can have my buddy order it for me.. if any1 of you know it would be great... thanks

Default K&N intake for pred

The hot seat filter bolts to the end of your air tube. Basically you remove the airbox, they have a billit adapter that fits to the end of the air tube, then the filter fits to that.

Default K&N intake for pred

my air tube has a tear in it by the carb.. so i wanted one then went right from the carb... ive sen them on the pred.. i just need to know the part # to the one that fits w/o modding anything.

Default K&N intake for pred

alot of people are running RU-1770, another option is the SN-2550 which I believe is suppose to fit a little better under the seat. I am going to be going with the clamp on and am considering the sn-2550 however I can get the 1770 for 26 bucks at the part store and the 2550 you have to buy basically from a snowmobile dealer and they are about 49 bucks so I dont know what I will decide in the next week. The 1770 will fit but is tight, I have been told you dont need to modify anything to make it fit just watch the seat rubbing on it.
