Honda's are a good quad for the ignorant!! That's why so many people like the reality factor, they are afraid to see what is under the plastic!! Any quad ridden hard needs just as much garage attention as trail time!! Bottom Line!! The Explorer is one of my favorite utilities, great 2 stroke quickness and a very plush ride. Every quad has it's little quirks and weaknesses, but if you take care of it, it will take care of you...regardless of what color it is or who's name is on the side!

 

Lots of people like to trash Polaris, but did you ever take a look at what the outfitters and touring companies use for their clients? Not to mention the U.S. military and U.S. Forest Service. Most of the companies I've seen use Polaris quads. Coincidence? I don't think so.

No, last Saturday. Awake and daylight. FACT! Yes, they can get me in a flat straight. No, they can't touch me in the woods. You know, "technical riding". Hill climbs, ruts, turns, drop-off's. Full-boar 20 foot high mud throughin. The offer still stands...I will be here. And please dont say they must be poor riders. These are guys I grew up with and we have been riding togeather for years. Its not just a 1999 Scrammy, its only a 400.

It really doesnt matter who comes out ahead on the MX tracks on a professonal level. I'm venturing to guess you are not the one physically winning these races.

a 400ex would loose bad to a predator. a predator its newer for one thingth ex engine is from the 80s, the pred has no bump steer and the ex prolly does the pred is far superior on the track,tail or anywhere else

 

Eiffel tower? The pred has basicly the same seat height as the EX, and is far more stable than the Honda. My Polaris is able to go up to the racks in water, and has never been pulled out by a Honda 3x4.
