i need to know the timing degrees and at what rpm, the flywheel has 3 marks on it for a 500 h.o. thanks for any help

dodge, this is what i got 30 degrees @ 3500 rpm +or- 1.5 what need to know now is which line on the fly wheel is 30 degrees there are three lines the middle one longer than the other two i'm betting the middle one is TDC

 

The manual says to align it with the SINGLE TDC mark and not to use the advance marks. (this is when installing the cam). I would assume that that means the longer center line is TDC and the 2 on the outside are to advance or retard the timing
