I went out riding today and there was a little creek so i went in it, The water was well over the PVT cover..
So when you guys ride in water do you change all your oils or just some? Also there is only 1 drain plug on the block by the pull start rite.?..
P.S the scrammy kicks a$$ in the water..

I would check your oil at least. If it is miltly then change it. It probably wouldn't hurt to change the others. The drain plug for the starter/recoil housing is located under the skid plate. Just curious, did you belt slip at all?

No the belt did not it ran fine, But i did not hit the water very hard.. Your belt sliping? The only thing i noticed was i had to have it at 5,800rpm and i was only going like 10mph...

It slipped 1 time in 2 years. I hit a mud/water hole that came up to my fenders at about 30mph and it got a little wet. She kept moving though. I really don't see how some of these brand bashers can use the old "slipping belt" BS when it really doesn't happen that often.

I know the belt drive set up polaris has is works really well, I had the belt slip once i hit mud/water too at about 30 or so and the belt sliped but were i was i had to have the 4wd on and the wet belt just could not turn all 4 wheels i pulled the drain plug and reved it few times and off i went..
The brand "bashers" they are just kids that have nothing else better to do...
