Default Shock Covers. Are they just of looks or what

I just recently bought a set of Shockers shock covers from e-bay for $25. They look awsome and easy to put on. I have friends that have the same ones and they work great. Keeps the mud off and easy to wash. I think they are well worth the money. OH and they are breathable too.

Hey TB sleeper how do you have the heatshield attached. I want to make something that will protect against the heat but still show the pipe. Anyone else have any deas or pics? I have to keep most of the heat shield because of my kids like to ride with me sometimes.

TBSLEEPER - Wow, you wern't kidding! What did you use, bleach? I've washed mine around 10-12 times in the wash with my gloves, pants, jersey and so on - no fade what so ever. Are you sure the mud and such didn't discolor them? Most people say go with black, the don't fade as fast. I have red myself. Friend had blue shockwears and his faded real bad, but his shocks blew (Raptor) and he tried to clean the oil out of them. No proplems on this end though!
