Warm up on the sportsman
i took mine out for camping last night (30 degrees) so i let it warm up on choke for about 5 minutes and then rode it for about 5 minutes in low gear (about 10 mph) constant. when i got to the camp, it was still idling really low, like it wasn't warmed up yet. this normal??? during warm and cool weather, i don't even have to use the choke, and it idles just fine. so, would i still need to adjust the idle? or is that just how they act in warm weather?

Warm up on the sportsman
Yesterday I pulled my Sportsman 500 out of the garage into the 21 degree weather, started it, and it idled fine. Then, I drove out to the riding area, and unloaded the quad. Temp was still in the 20s. I started it and it wouldn't idle for more than a few seconds before dying.
What to do? Nothing. When it's cold, I'm just going to have to warm it up by riding it. No big deal.
