Default Which ATV 90?

I'm stuck between the e-ton viper line and the Predator 90. The Etons cost less and have disk breaks in the rear. Their suspension action seems better. I'd rather get the predator 90 but the price is cheaper for the etons. They also have the 70 which is rated for the same riders and the 50 but better suited for those who seem too big for the 50's out their. The 70 also has way better suspension and features then any of the 50's that I've scene. I'm die hard polaris, but it's hard to pay several hundred more for a quad that's not any better. Would be nice to have a predator 90 next to my 500 in the garage though. Tough decisions.

I ended up buying my son a 2001 Eton Impulse 90. Man it is a good machine. Couldn't be happier with it.

hey stryder,
your talking "hundreds' cheaper? just curious... how much can you buy the eton 90 for??? I just bought our '03 predator 90
last weekend for $1900.00 out the door. Is the eton that much cheaper??? I've heard it does have reverse, which would be cool,
but we don't have a dealer here real close by, and for me it made more sense to by from my dealer who has taken good care of
me in the past and I know will continue to. This little pred. is just a blast and really runs nice.

The 04 eton viper 90r has reverse. Most of the minis are the same except for plastic. Go with the best price and service. I'd be willing to pay a little extra to a dealer who I know would back me up if I had a problem.

Lots of the 50 and 90 cc models are made by Aeon and some of these chinese and tiawanese companies, they are actually descent machines, things you have to look for though are support. Can you get parts? Is the dealer going to cover the warranty? Will the manufacturer stand behind it? Good thing about buying from someone like Polaris is they will stand behind it, even though it maybe made by Aeon. Also Polaris puts their own engineering changes into the atv's, and many changes are made to the Polaris versions that the end user may not see, ie suspension, electrical, carburetion.
Just some things to look at when buying.

Predator 90 MSRP 2299 according to manufacture website

Viper 90 MSRP 1899 according to manufacture website

eton dealers[/L]

The hydraulic rear disc breaks are hard to pass up on the Viper 90

Makes me look like an eton fanatic doesn't it. I love Polaris, but it's hard to pay 400 more for a quad that's virtually the same.

I realize that some places sell under msrp but that's not the case everywhere
