250 and 400 strokers
#2
OK Mr. Badboyz, fill us in on some details. I guess the one thing I want to know is if the powermax setup will outrun the stroker on alky. I would say no but you never know until you ask. Also how's the stroker on the 250 working out?

The stroker is a great for hill racing and for Drag racing. It is not for the person that wants to dune. The stroker power comes on hard the power max comes on soft,And yes I have tried the other springs in the power valve. And Yes I own a power max. There is 2 things I dislike about the power max 1 is the pipe raddles and makes you look like you are riding a piece of junk. 2 is you can only buy this as a kit you can't build up to it. Most people don't have the money to do this but already have built there bikes up to the hpd race setup. Stroker cost $1600 that is the the crank welding the case and replacing the bearings and porting the cylinder and recuting the head. As for the power between the stroker and the power max on alky the stroker walks right away from it right off the bat. And if you run the power max on akly you WIL brake the piston between The windows in the piston. This is the problem with the 400 motor. The piston to rod angle is to great and it drives the piston into the side of the cylinder wall. I have Fixed that problem and use a longer rod. I have the cranks done to my spec's.
The 250 stroker is a power house in a small motor.
