4x4 doesn't work

Default 4x4 doesn't work

my 4x4 isn't working in my scrammy,i don't think the front drive shaft is catching.please help!

Dayum, If that happend to mine, it would be driven through my dealers door [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Hope you get it fixed soon. Good luck !

ps. Sorry, Dont know much when it comes to the mechanical things !

Default 4x4 doesn't work

Well, need some more info. What year machine? Have you changed your hub fluid lately? Is it one side or both not working? Does you AWD light come on? Does it work if you have it in the air and switch it on?

my scrammy is a 2000,havn't changed fluid lately,both areent working and the allwd light does come on.

Ok. So you have power to the switch. Next step is to see if you have power to the hubs in order to magnetize the armature plate. You should also change the hub fluid at this time

thanks for the info,i'll try to do that,but i also have those hand guards on my scrammy and i was wondering if it hits the brake on a little bit wich i think it might be doing,will it heat up and weld itself or something like that?

Default 4x4 doesn't work

I have the Polaris handgaurds and haven't had any trouble with them interfering with the brake
