It must have to run off the intake manifold? If that is the case then it would require tapping a fitting into the intake. I dont like that Idea. It is hard enough to get to the spark plug, let alone the intake manifold

My guess is it installs in the case somewhere. I know some Tecumseh racers run pulse fuel pumps on their karts by running an air line from the case. Some do it with blow by from the head. THey use an adapter with an egr valve that lets oil over flow go into a catch can and an extra line to the fuel pump.

Remove the spark plug and screw the hose in it's place. Hit the starter and you have a Limitless Comressor.

Great point. I realize if your stuck 20 miles from nowhere or further you do what you got too, but can you imagine having to tear down the Scrambler 500 on the trail to get at the plug. lol

RookWV, I agree that pumping a fuel mixture into your tires does not appear to be the right thing to do. I guess the amount is so small it won't effect anything??? I don't use this method instead I have a $10 air compressor that plugs into the 12 V outlet and this works great "limitless clean compressed air". The compressor is small enough to fit into the bottom of the Sportsmans tool compartment along with tire plugs and insertion tools.

Hi, I have a air compressor also. What I would like to know is do you have to use rubber cement with your plugs?. I am looking at a kit from Wal-Mart under $7. It has a rasp tool and a tool that inserts the plug and 4 plugs. The directions say nothing about using the cement. But in the atv calalogs I see in their kits they include rubber cement. Please help me on this. Thanks.

Yes, that's how the plugs stay in the tires.

Whether to use glue when inserting plugs? I have done it both ways with the same results. It is my belief that using glue is better but I've had great success with no glue. It is probably due to the type and quality of the plugs in the repair kit.
