Just got permission from the CEO (wife) to sell the Boss and buy something new. Was thinking of getting a 400 Blazer before they're all gone. Found a 2002 Scrambler X limited edition for just over 4000.00. Has the two stroke I want plus 4wd. Has anyone been on one of these? I can get the Blazer from the dealer for 3999.00 OTD, but I sure liked the way the Scrammy looked.

I love mine. I haven't had any problems with it yet. Well, at least any that weren't my own fault.

My 2000 has never given me any problems and I'm pretty rough on it. Never even changed the hub fluid till they started to stick constantly and they are fine. I love mine and it was great stock though I kinda missed not having much low end torque..just gass it and make it scream over anything though haha. As long as it's in good shape I'd buy it. I love mine also. speed wise stock stock the 2wd is slightly faster but still the 4wd will climb mud and sand easier and faster. I wouldn't have the 2wd model now that I have had the 4wd just personal preferance. either way they are both great.

I HAD a 400 Scrambler. When I bought it, it already had a bunch of mods....clutch kit, exhaust, carb, etc. It seemed to foul a lot of plugs because I am more of a trail rider than a b@lls to the wall kinda guy. But man, that thing would eat my Scrambler 500 up and spit it out....but I like my 500 better...

My scrambler 500 is a 99 4x4 500. I love the black plastic as well. I put the black Scrambler X plastic on mine. Looks awesome!
