I am in the market for buying new tires (front and back) for my 1997 scrambler 400 4x4. I was wondering what you guys would recommend for a tire. I only would ride on dirt, mud, gravel and snow. Is there a tire that would be good for all of those? let me know.

I have turf tamers on the rear, and a "wooly" copy on the front, and that seems to be a great setup. I went to a 23x8x10 (1 inch wider) on the fronts, and stock size for rears. the tt's really hook up, and the wider fronts add stability for handling. These tires are relatively inexpensive, too. Good luck!

I have Kenda Bear Claws and love them. They work great for everything especially mud. Search for a thread called " Tire ratings " or something similar a lot of people told what they had and rated them. It was about 3 weeks or so ago. Good Luck
