I'm the proud owner of a veteran 1993 Trail Boss 250, but it's been sitting in my garage for the last 5 years or so for one simple reason..

I CAN'T GET THE BIKE TO PRODUCE A SPARK!

I drove the bike for years, it threw the rings out so we bored it over to about a 300cc or so. I drove it for a few months and then this problem just came out of nowhere. I have a feeling its a simple one but I simply can't figure it out!!

We've replaced the ignition coil, CDI module, and many other ignition components as well as checked the bike's wiring over and over. But the bike simply won't produce a spark.

Any suggestions would be much much appreciated.

Also, where's the best place to aquire OEM parts for this bike?
