It's just stock. I don't really want to modify it yet. I just want to get it running as well as possible. When I got it the air screw was all the way in and the idle screw didn't change anything. It just did not want to idle. I opened the air screw 1 1/2 turns and it seems to have made a big difference. The idle screw now has some effect although not as much as expected. When I opened the screw further ie 2 1/2 turns it would bog down at full throttle. I would be most grateful for any advice you could give as this is my first ATV. I'm not really looking for great performance YET, I just want it running right.

If it is stock then you need to drop the main jet and pilot jet otherwise it will never run right. It is running way to rich. Main jet should be 140-150 and #30 pilot. Airscrew 1-1.5 turns out.
