Default clutch cover replacment?

my brother has a 1993 350 4x4 and the clutch cover on front warped and ground a big hole in it is there a different cover I could use on it from a newer machine that will fit, it seems his cover is pretty thin, and is it possible the back cover may be warped, I would hate to put on a new front cover and the same thing happen since the stealer wants 120.00 for it

check ebay for a used clutch
any one off of an polaris atv will work except the EBS model you just have to put your weights and spring into the replacement to calibrate it properly

There is a new style out that is larger and less likely to rub. I replaced mine along with the inner cover. There are more screw holes and a drain plug on the newer style. I would think you would need to replace them together. Much improved cover. I think there are 2 basic covers. 1 for 4 stroke and 1 for 2 stroke. Check with your dealer to be sure.

I would almost gaurenty that the back is warped too. I know it can be pricey, but do them both.
