Default Milled head for scram 500??

I know if I were to get the head milled on my scram, it would bump up the compression some. Maybe couple that with an 11:1 piston. Anyone done this on a scram 500? I know that people have had good results with the 2 strokes, but how well does it work on the 4 strokes. I know that cars with built motors benefit from it? I really wish more builders would get into motor mods for the 500 motor. Come on HPD!!!! I am kinda disappointed that they spend all their R&D on the 400 and 250 motors, and the Pred, but leave us 500 guys out in the cold!!! Heck, they don't even offer a piston for the 500 on their site!!!! WTF!!!

Sounds good but, If you do have it milled and you over heat your engine one time pretty bad and you warp the head i don't think there will be anything left to mill...?

You might see some increase but i don't think it will be all that great....

Same here if i could find someone that builds up the 500 engine that would be great to bad we cant even get a HC piston...

That is pretty much the reason why (lack of performance parts) i would like to have a pred as well as the scram, pred for showing people Polaris Power on drags and trails. And the scram for those long trails like in mich

I feel your pain bud

Bigbadscrambler, I'm surprised your questioning this being your going to go with the 600 FST kit anyway, but its nice of you to be thinking about us 500 guys!
