Hey all. My local dealer tells me that they do not recommend putting a stiffer clutch spring in my 425. They say that its not a good idea on a 4 stroke. I'm assuming that its because of the limited rpm compared to a 2 stroke. It looks to me like many of you have upgraded springs on your 4 strokes. What are your thoughts on this? Did you notice a performance gain? I was considering the white spring which is two up from the stock green/yellow. Thanks for any comments........
