My 2004 TROY LEE predator cost me 6700 grand total after tax's, warranty, and helmet.

 

thanks for all the help guys, i'm going to take a closer look today and take one for a ride.

i'd still like to get your ideas on the "FREE" 2 year warranty issue costing $300...........

The dealer can take a dealer rebate of $300 or give the customer the warranty. That is why if you want the extended warranty you need to pay extra$.

 

hmm, looks like the prices are much better in the east than out here in California - I picked up my 2004 tld pred for 5,800 (lic was 20 and tax was 435 - cal nails you on this) I also got them to through in a Helmet - $150 (retail price[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] plus a 2-year warranty, a t-shirt and a friendly hand-shake. I have since used my receipt to help a friend also pick up a 2004 predator - and found that 4 out of 5 dealers refused to match the deal for a cash purchase.

 

thanks again for the info guys......i think i'm going to wait to see the 50th Anniv Predator. seems like a better tire, shocks, exhaust, ect for only a few hundred more.

i found a troy lee for 6033.38 after the bike, pipe, nerf bars, and front grab bar.

 

a VERY big THANKS to all who responded and gave me your 2 cents on this price topic.

i decided today that i won't wait for the 50th Predator.

instead, i bought the '04 Pred in Silver!.....i pick it up sometime tomarrow.(Monday)

i'm very excited!

if your gettin a limted u should call around to the polaris dealers and have them hold it for you b/c there arent going to be many and once there gone there gone
