I used a dremil tool, worked nice. I notched the back fenders on the back, where i wanted them to be then stretched a string down to the bottom, where I thought they looked good. Then used a sharpie marker to trace the string. then cut with the dremil. I did the front basically th same way. Dont forget to measure, measure, measure! (both sides) U dont want to cut em uneven. Oh yea leave em on the bike when u cutem. Hope this helps.

That's the exacting method. Very precise. I use the eyeball engineering. Grab a grease pencil. Draw an outline. Grab a tin snips for the rough cut. Smooth the radius w/ crosscut file and a sanding block.

Use a dremel, you can get good details and curves with it.

You can use a tire grooving iron also, works great. I would practice alittle tho. Cut it from the bottom side.
