you can get a brand new carb from HSP... 650$ 41mm FCR....

 

I started a thread a few weeks back titled 700 Carb Jets and recieved several replies. At the end I posted a link to a different atv forum which posted detailed instructions and various part numbers to fix the carb woes. Clif notes on the process are as follows: Set the Jet needle "E" clip on the 4th position from the top, install a #157.5 main jet, check to make sure the pilot jet is a #45, and set the adjustment screw to 2 1/2 turns out.
