How long was your bike out of action?

The fuel goes off after a while it looks and smells the same but doesent fire very well i have seen this a few times myself after winter or long rebiulds drain the tank and carb and put in some new stuff [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

It's not the reeds i pulled them out and checked them. It is brand new gas also

well
if you have compression, fuel and spark you should run

I would retrace my steps and check everything again

maybe too much fuel?

Check your choke cable and make sure the plunger on the end of the cable is seated all the way down in the carb,i had this mess up on me once.If you hold the carb in your hand you can see in there where the plunger sits.Hope this helps.

Sounds like a fuel supply issue to me since it fires up then dies after burning the fuel in the cylinder. Check for fuel at the carb, check your gas tank vent, look for water in the tank and carb...
