Thanks Hozed. What brand oil do you run? I run Amsoil in the scram and if I can convince my buddy to do the same, I will sign up for the preferred customer program

Scott's Performance has stainless steel re-useable filters. You can add a CFM larger cap. tank. Runs cooler=happy engine.

I wouldn't add the weight if they didn't work. If it isn't titanium, carbon fiber, or an effective mod....it doesn't go on.....O.k. I'll include aluminum on that too. hehe

Default Predator oil and filter substitutes??

bigbadscrambler I would stay with polaris ps4 I have personally spoke with a tech from the manufacturer of the ps4 who makes pretty much all of polaris oils and lubes see when I picked my 03 up at the dealer when they first came out you could not find the oil or the filters yet the machine was to new so my dealer at the time said polaris 0w40 would be fine until the ps4 came in however when I was going through some issues with polaris I did my own research and found the actual manufacturer of the ps4 the tech told me that the 0w40 would be fine for the first run but to definitly not stick with it because the ps4 was specificly designed for the pred due to our manual clutch the ps4 in long runs much cooler than the 0w40 sorry for such a long detail but thats from the manufacturers mouth as for the oil fiters here are some part numbers k&N/kn112p $4.99 emgo/ which is probably the manufacturer of the polaris units is 10-99200 $2.35 twinair/014-0001n $6.29 all through rocky mountain atv hope this helps ya...........
