carburator tuning

Default carburator tuning

my 95 scrambler 400 4x4 bogs down anything past a little over half if anyone knows what i have to adjust on my carb i would appreciate the help

Default carburator tuning

First thing to check is the airfilter - if it does not get enough air at higher RPMs, it will bog - and a dirty airfilter will do just that. Pull the seat off, crank it up, remove the (2) metal airbox tops - 1 covers the airbox, the other seals the top of the air filter. Try giving it some throttle (short "snaps" - not long drawn out revving) and if it picks up past half throttle without bogging - then change the air filter.

i think it revs fine when i sit still its when im drivin pretty fast that i notice it but i will try that
