How well does the polaris 500h.o excellerate???? Also would it keep up to a suzuki lz400 (stock)

 

Which 500HO are you referring to? I wouldn't think that it really matters since the Polaris will run 100pounds or more heavier than the Z and the Z was built for speed. I've never raced a Z but I've ridden with a few.

the z400 is a sport qaud, if the scrambler 500 cant keep up with a z, dont expect the 500 sportsman to keep up to well.

 

I just foud out that it could not beat itin a race but can stay within 15-25 yards with it but if i wanted speed i would be looken at a sport quad. I like the 2004.5 sp500H.O it is sporty and fast enough for me!!!

 

Autos (auto ATVs) are generally hot out of the hole shot up to around 30-40mph then they just start to fall off in acceleration.. I know my scrambler cant take a 400ex(with hot cam 2, 440,porting etc) off the line till he hits high 3rd low 4th then he just passes me..
