I'm liking it! Right now, because I'm mostly playing on the dunes, I have the orange spring in it and that gives me good engagement for this type of riding. I haven't had much chance to get it in the rocky, hilly terrain since I installed it but when I do I'll try the stock spring again as I think that will be better for slower, more technical riding.
BTW, I like it so much I'll be ordering another this week for my new 500HO that I brought home on Saturday!

Yep...did the install myself. It was easy and took maybe 2 hours of my deliberatly slow and methodical approach. The instructions on the Heel Cliicker web site are great and they show photographs of each step for reference. When I do my 500HO, I'm confident that I could have it done accurately in around an hour or so. My spring change takes about 15-20 minutes with most of that involving the removal and reinstallation of the screws holding on the side cover.

I am looking for more bottom end torque and less belt slipage.. would the HC help my prob?
I forgot the lights question.....yeah, those lights are a real help at night in the dunes, being halogen they are a bright white/blue light and that makes the stock lights seem dim but it helps to have all 3 of those burning with that Mod.
I bouht the light mod off of one of the many that are available on ebaY. It's real simple to do. Though the parts aren't worth the money you pay, the finished product is. Someone around here had directions on how to do it yourself but I forget who. You might want to do a search and see what comes up.

Probably the most technical tool was a snap ring plier for the disassembly of the secondary clutch and another pair of hands to compress the clutch so you can do so. My wife's boney, girly, arms sufficed for the compression task!
