how fast can the 2004 models go from 0-60??

For their weight and the 4wd, they are pretty quick 0-about 45mph. It takes a little longer to get to 60 though. A clutch kit will make a big difference in that though

what differences would a clutch kit make and how hard is it to install????

A clutch kit isnt that hard to install. You may need a second set of hand to help with the secondary clutch though, and a good set of snap ring pliers. A clutch kit will (depending on the setup) raise your clutch engagement which makes it easier to wheelie and it improves your acceleration and belt wear.

I heard that you could do something to the muffler to make it faster??? tell me more.

There isnt really much that you can do to the stock muffler. You could add a slip-on muffler though. You will want to rejet it too.

BBS...You are simply DA MAN!!! You have certainly done your homework where the Scrambler is concerned. Thanks for all the help you gave me also!! To bad you don't live down this way, I'd let you take a spin on the V-Force. You'de love this thing, I guarantee!!

Thanks Scrambo, I appreciate it. Question on the V-force thpugh. Are you getting those Muzzy pipes that I have heard everyone talking about? Default Some Scrambler 500 Questions

BBS...I will probably put pipes on it in time, for now though I'm keeping it stock. The first thing to get are nurf pars and a front bumper, pretty much a must with the V's.
