What's for breakfast? Toast, bacon, and fried circuit board!
#1
Whew. Finally, after worrying and (seemingly) beating my head against a wall covered in thumb tacks, I got my Sportsman 335 running again. It took me a solid 4 hours of tracing, retracing, and finally rewiring part of the circuit board to get all the lights, etc. working. Part of the circuit board was fried and so was the reverse rev limiter. The limiter was disconnected, but through the magic of the fried circuit board it was making my fourwheeler cut out. I pulled the limiter's ground wire and solved that problem. I then ran some jumper wires from the switch "on" circuits and got the lights and things working. Oh, and by the way, don't take the starter and reverse override buttons apart-trust me. I took them apart to see if they were melted or what-not and springs and plastic pieces went everywhere. I got it all back together, though.
