Default What handel bar bend for my scrammy 500

I was wondering what bend of handle bars I should go with. I noticed that most of you had the banshee bend. How much different does it feel than stock? And should i consider the "atv bend"? I want to make sure that I get bars that I will be satisified with. Im deffinatly gonna go with renthal but just not sure what bend. Thanks for the help.

Any bend is going to be better than the stock. I have the banshee bend, but I cant compare it to the other bends. Is it possible for you to go to a place that sells handle bars and see the different bends for yourself?

Bigbad I can deffinatly go look at any brand or any bend i want. There are tons of good bike shops within 15 min from me who stock bars. What should i look for, and how should i decide whats right for me?. Thanks for the help.

Keith, I would sit on each machine (raptor, banshee, 400ex, or any other bend you are considering) and just go with with whatever bend feels natural. You dont want to be stretched out. You want to be able to turn the wheels quick and comfortably without any strain on your arms or elbows. Go for ht emore comfortable bend. I would also take any other bend bars that they may have in stock. Sit on a machine and put the bars in the area in which they would normally be. See how those feel also. This may give you a better feeling for which bar is right for you.

I bought the 400ex bend and am happy with it, if you can, bring your old bars so you can compare the differences in bends and length!

Thanks for the help so far. I think I will head down to Park Honda and check out those bars tomorrow.
