I think the 95 is an old enough bike it will have the mechanical rear brake. If that is the case, follow the brake linkage to the rear brake caliper. There will be a bolt sticking out of the middle of the caliper. This is the adjustment bolt. Loosen the locknut at the base of the bolt, and tighten the bolt a little, and snug down the locknut. It will take a little trial and error to get it set right. The mechanical rear brakes required frequent adjustment, so that is not uncommon. Just don't get it too tight, or it will drag, and overheat your brakes, causing them to fade out.

Ya I don't know on the older models..I know on my 2000 scrammy..I don't have any back breaks..my break lever has no pressure you can just push it down with no effort at all..but thats because I have a bad rear master break cylinder...its going to cost about 70 bucks for a new one

Had the same problem with the Blazer. Tried to bleed just the rear and it still got nothing. Took it to the dealer, they bled from both reservoirs, works fine. They said it's a secondary brake and shouldn't be used to "slide around corners". If I'm not supposed to use it, why did it get put on?

I think they list it as a safety thing. I use mine when I'm going down hills with no hands (safety first)
