about a couple of weeks ago in my town about 6 quads got boosted one being my bosses machines. Who ever is doing it has some b#lls becuase in one garage they robbed 3 banshees and they had paddle tires on them and the theives had the nerve to change all the tires in the guys garage then taking them all. 2 snowmobiles got robbed during the last snow storm and a dirt bike also. I just went out and picked up some hardware so now my machine is lag bolted to the floor. Who ever is doing this im sure knows there are toys in my garage so i have to be very careful of how i advertise now.

 

I heard those Kryptonite locks are suppose to be indestructable too.

 

Yeah but they are alot of $$$$$$. they first have to get around my security system and the into the garage and then the lag bolt and chain plus i take the tires and wheels off after ever ride. Im kinda nervous becuase the maid was at my house cleaning today and she said that a van kept creeping down my street.

 

it really sucks when these loosers are going around stealing $hit.if someone comes into my house or garage they better be ready to take on my 185lb rotti.

 

What kinda security system do you have? Motion sensor lights? There is a cool security system that we have for our bikes. There is a lock that clamps on to your disk brakes. That way, even if they were to put tires on, they would literly have to pick the whole quad up and move it to take it anywhere cuz the lock wouldnt let the brake disks spin. JP Cycles carries them, and they arent that expensive

 

i live in the country...we keep the quads in the back of the barn...its open and we leave the keys in them unless we go away

I have three motion sensor alarms, all silent and 2 cameras that run constant and three motion sensor flood lights

 

im glad i live in a protected society. oh man but my quad stays where its not. I hate having my quad at work, i cant pull wheelies up and down the street and do burnouts in peoples lawn. I wish it was kept at my house. That sucks that people steal like that. But there was just a recent incedent at the tire place across the street from work. THey backed off one of the cars like half way out the door and then were gonna put the other car that was inside on the lift. Someone stole the care that was like half way inside the door. Thats got to take huevos also.

 

I'm gonna go lock my shop doors right now!!
