yeah you usually have to rejet,i just bought a hpd trail pipe.i have a fmf full system off my scrambler,it should fit your machine.it gave a good increase in power but its not the best pipe for polaris.if your interested in it pm me..

Alot of places sell them I personally think that Rick Ritter at RcR is the one to talk to he makes his own and sells other products also. And yes you will have to jet Rick can set you up with pipe clutch kit and jetting to suite your needs.

YES, there should be NO problems.
Please keep in mind that you will need to RE-clutch anyway.
Just changeing the pipe will give you minimal effects
RCR (RITTER CYCLE) is the best value on the market.
$325.00 for everything you need, not to metion #1 support.
Also do a search on recomended pipes for the polaris 400
((400 Trailblazer) aka (400 Scrambler) aka (400 sport))
