Did I read hear sometime ago that a 700 Sportsman belt will work?

 

Thats what I use. Best upgrade belt so far.

 

This would be for the non ebs system right? Are the belts the same for both efi and regular 700?

 

I'd imagine the belts are the same, Part number I use is #3211091

 

Thanx man. I ended up buying a Gates ($28) and bought a 700 (3211091) on ebay for $35 and free shipping.

 

How do those Gators do on your 500? Do you have front and rear? They sure do suck a lot of power from my 2 stroke. I like the traction but they add a lot more weight than I thought they would. 30lbs more. If I ever replace them I think I'll go w/ Mudlites.

My gators are awesome. i have them front and rear. i am going to be buying mudlites soon thou.....gators throw up everything thats loose....thats a lot of extra weight.

 

the other day i bought a spare belt for my EFI, you know just in case. LOL

the dealer looked it up and my belt is part #3211091.

i bought mine new from the Polaris dealer. i'm sure i paid more than $35. i already tossed the receipt and don't remember the price. sorry.
