Default scrammy 4x4

i have a 95 scrammy 4x4 only the right front tire spins in 4 wheel drive any solutions?


also is it possible to remove the halfshafts if i want to take off the 4x4 what else do i have to take off (besides the center chain)

Have you checked the hub oil? I thought about taking the 4 wheel drive off mine....But it would be to light......and WICKED FAST. I mean too fast...it's already WICKED FAST....thanks to the man RcR.

how do you check the hub fluid please dont think im dumb i am just new to this whole atv thing
also do you know anyone that has taken off the 4x4 and did it make a major difference?

check the fluid in the hub you pull the set screew out and turn it to 4 oclock or 8 oclock and see if fluid runs out.Chances are it is dry and you will need to take it apart and clean it real good.Best bet is to buy a manual it will be the best $$$$$ you will spend and/or save with this machine.

They are a allan screw on the out side hub.....turn it to 3 oclock and see if any oil runs out. I don't know anyone that has taken the 4x4 off, but it would make a big difference....one thing it would be lighter.
