I think there both awesome machines. Both have a couple things about them that are better then the other one.
But all in all there both awesome machines and would be very happy owning ether.

 

Can't decide, go between. YFZ450. It's low and wide, plenty of power, and 65lbs. lighter. The tail whips around so easily you don't need reverse. Wheelies, jumps, corners, it does it all. If you do get in a tight spot on the trail, it only weighs 350lbs, you just move it. JMO

 

You should put a YFZ 450 on a scale and see just how truthful Yamaha is about that weight spec. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

It's lighter than my 375lb Z.

 

They lie, a lot. But then again, most of them do. The raptor is a lot heavier than they say it is.

 

Hummm I like my Pred its just an all around great quad. The only thing is when I am riding aggresive I find myself almost riding the tank! But if I had to chose between the YFZ and the Pred there would be Yamaha in my Sig!

 

I rode both the pred and the raptor, i rode the pred first and when i got on the raptor i felt the "tippyness" i LOVED the low end on that thing but it was a pretty hard choice so in the end I went witht he pred because I know polaris is a very realiable machine, and IMO the predator looks better
