Default 95 TrailBoss 250: Should I bleed the 2 cycle oil line?

I had to tighten the nuts up on the top of my shocks earlier and I had to completely tear down all the plastic off of the front end including the 2 cycle oil tank. I now have everything back together and was curious if one small air bubble in the oil line can cause problems? I could still see oil in the line so I don't think I'm in much trouble but want to make sure before I fire it up.

I dont know if it would hurt it or not, but I would get the air out just to be sure, 5 minutes of your time is better than 3 hours of repairs.
