Default leaking front hub question

On my 02 SP 500 HO I have replaced the seal and seal sleeve 2 times. (I thought I may have messed something up first go around) since it continued to leak after first set. Replaced them second time and it still leaks. Is there anything else it could be? Could it be hub bent or the strut messed up. Any help is appreciated.

I wonder if there is a hairline crack some where that expands when everything it torqued or when seal is put in? I hope not. Obviously you wouldnt be posting this if you knew where the leak was but can you see where its coming from? maybe need to disassemble and clean real good and inspect with a magnifying glass.

Are you referring to a possible hair line crack in hub?
Thanks

could be. I cant think of anything else other than a bad seal surface but you've done that twice now so I'd doubt that. Also what about a gouge in the surface where the seals o.d. seats?

No the surface there is in good shape. Only thing I did notice and don't know if it would affect anything or not is the area where the seal sleeve is driven on had a couple places (gouged) like it was possibly done with a metal punch. I put RTV silicone over it good and around the area where the service manual called for.

the seal doesn't run on that surface, it runs on the seal sleeve. The seal sleeve went over the gouged marks and it is perfectly smoothe.

Ok, about out of ideas. Possible crack somewhere or could you be getting the wrong or bad seal? I'd double check the I.D. measurement and the shaft measurement so you know they are makeing a good seal.
