For a utility, which is all around best? Sportsman 400, sportsman 500HO, 600 or the 700? Uses would be trail riding, hunting road riding and working. Which do you think would be the # 1 pick? This is just for fun. You might add why you think so. Dobie

I would pick the SP500HO, just for the fact my scrambler had the same engine and i was very happy with it..

The SP500 is the best all around machine for light work and fun...IMO

500HO. And not just because I have one. The 600 and 700 would be the ticket if you are going to be doing more towing or pulling BIG game out of the woods while hunting.

500HO is the better ALL AROUND machine.

I'd say 500, just because I want a scrammy and it has a 500

if there was a BIG price difference between the SP500 and a SP400, i'd take the 400.

obviously for me the 700EFI would be the pick! the no-choke really does it for me. simply start and crank-on the torque!

yeeeee-ha! get the heck outa my way!

If you need (or want) the power of the 6 or 700, then you should get that. Otherwise (please wait while I put on a suit of armor and lock my doors) I would get the Bombi Outlander. I know I own a Poo, but it's because I love 2-strokes. The SP is a great quad, but it's big and heavy and the Outlander has received tons of praise since it's release. Just something to think about. Flame away!

mark be down for the 500, it has been around for a while so they worked out all of the glitches. and proven to be good
