and espi21 im not sure if this is completely accurate or not but ive heard that if octane boost is high quality it will always be in a metal can because it would eat through plastic. again im not positive of this just what ive heard anyone know if its true?

Octane boost is really only for an occasion when race gas isnt availible. If you need a higher octane than premium then you should try to do a mix of race gas and pump gas. Octane boost is typically not all its cracked up to be.

Does running higher octance really boost performace? I heard somewhere that running higher octane also keeps your engine cleaner? Is this true?Back to the performace question, does it say make a sportsman stronger and say a pred faster or what? I dont really know much about these things, but if octance is as good at people say it is, id like to boost octane in mine.

Running high octane fuel in a low compression engine will REDUCE performance, as the higher octane rating is its resistance to combustion and the fuel will not completely burn in the chamber.
