Great Customer Service @ Superwinch!!

I e-mailed jack@superwinch about my switch and he said "forward me your address and I'll send an old rotary switch and a new rocker switch." Wow, no questions or nothing.He just wanted my address. All stores/companies should offer customer service like that.

Glad to hear about company's standing behind their products. Superwinch has had a lot of problems with the rocker switches and is not about to argue with a customer that they got a bad one. Hope the new switch works out for you.

I just had the same great service from them... the fellow in Cust Service talked me into getting another rocker with a cover, should I have gone with the rotary switch?? He said it is akward to install and sticks out. Has anyone flush mounted one ??
