Default primary clutch???

I pulled off my clutch cover today to dicover that the main bolt in the primary clutch was half way out it still had a few threads left to go but it came out with very little pressure it doesnt seem to be stripped but the plastic bushing that goes on it is trashed. Do you think this hurt anything in my clutch?

Be sure to check the the inside of the sheaves to be sure there is no grooves or wear marks, if the clutch was misaligned for sometime it may have done this. Also when putting it back together be sure to get the clutch alignment correct and to check the belt to sheave clearance, usually the dealer is proficient at doing this
