OTD price on a Pred in MN
Blackraptor,
I am from Windom, MN. about an hour and a half from you. In December of 2002, I bought a 2003 Pred. I paid $5,800. Add 6.5% state salesl tax to that and you come up with around $6,100. I know that is more than many others have paid, but at the time I bought mine, the Preds were hard to come by and dealers wanted a premium. I had a hard time at one dealer, trying to talk him down from $6,199. And these prices were all for the standard Pred, not the TLD. I know a lot of people on here talk about how cheap they got their ride, but I only believe about half of them. I mean there were guys talking about how they only paid $4,800, bla, bla, bla. Well, you probably could get a brand new carry over '03 for about $4,900. However, I do not think you will get a new '04 for less than $5,700 here in Minnesota. I have heard people talk about '04's for sale like in Arkansas for $5,400 or less, but don't know if this is actually true. Never checked it out myself. Hope this helps. If you decide to go the route of a carry over '03 model, let me know as a dealer near here has two brand new carry overs. I could find out how much or how low he would go on them.

steele county marina (I think) is one Hell of a dealer. My dad bought his magnum from there and they have given him discounts on everything he has bought from there and the service department is also great. What ever you do STAY AWAY from Lacans in faribault...they will not deal with you at all!

I don't advocate purchasing the Pinko, Commie, Anti-ATV Mpls Star and Triubune, but if you can find the want ads, there are some metro Polaris dealers that would do just as good on the price....and save you the extra couple of hours getting to Bristow's and back.

Just i hope i can find one for OTD for 6 grand thats about all he can swallow.
I got my Raptor for 6100 last year so i would think i can get one for 6 for him.
