Default my scrambler needs a diet

scrambler123, perhaps Poo finally decided they could spend the buck 97 it would cost them to add one, but the older quads (I'v e owned a '93 and '95 before my current '98) all had warnings in the manual and on a sticker by the battery not to run without the battery in place. I know from first hand experience that if there wasn't a battery to suck up voltage, they would pop the light bulbs.

Buy a small battery you can save weight and not worry about starting.
