400 sport and scrambler the same motor?

Default 400 sport and scrambler the same motor?

Can you guys clear me up on this? I hear the 400 2-stroke runs good and can be modded but I see the 400 scramy and sport. What is the diff.???

The name pretty much. The scram was also available with 4wd and has a few other minor changes, but they are pretty much the same. Its the same motor that is in the older 400 sportmans (2 stroke) and the 400 trailblazer as well

depending on the years you're looking at,the '96 and newer were with the new jug (83X70),first scrambler was the 95 4x4 with the same cylinder as the explorer 400 4x4,as for the sport,that one was always a 2 wheel drive 400 with the same engine,just some tranny and gearing changes and lighter weights as well.
