hey was there a recall on pred 03 brakes? because i was going down this dirt road and the breaks wouldn't work at first, they finally kicked in but not soon enough to stop me from hittin a car. it is gonna be about 1000 bucks repair for my pred and probably 3 grand to fix the car. pretty messed up.

 

Yes, there is a pred brake recall. It involves the front brakes and the square brake block that the two front lines are ran to. The lines that come out of that block horizontally can break off without warning, or at the least leak causing .......crashes. The fix is simple and only took my dealer 20 minutes to install.
