425 exp. or a/c 400
#2
In order to get an accurate opinion you need to find some one that has owned or at least ridden both. I have read in at least one atv magazine where someone comparing said that the artic cat 500 was better then an xped. It did not say anything about an ac 400. remember to, that all these other brands do not have polaris famous awd system. Many of the comparisons I have read, do not seem to give polaris a very high mark for having an atv that can go through more mud. Maybe they cannot or polaris would win always. Usually, there would be one sentence in a 2 page review that would mention that the polaris being written about went through more mud then the other brand. No more would be said. In my view, the other brands have some better features about there atv then polaris. If your looking for an atv that can go through mud, however, you might want the polaris. rangerchet ps: later today I am going to go buy me a chain saw, so i can go clear one of my shorter trail systems.

well i really dont like the a/c looks and the only things i do like is the price and the fact it has the i.r.s.. as i said i have the magnum 325 and really like the a.w.d.and the other features..its in the shop now,10 mos old and 85 hours the belt is messed up and the tranny is blowing fluid out the vent tube..its out of warranty but being only 10 mos old,if they dont warranty it i definitely wont be buying another polaris, but i hope that doesnt happen..if they take care of the problem im going to get the expedition,so far the dealer and polaris have been fair..do you own the exp.? how do you like it,pros-cons? this time im getting the extended warranty
