Default Spark plug heat range

Hey everybody. Just a quick question...would I benefit from switching the heat range on the plug or should I just stick with the stock heat range. I have a Scrambler 500 4x4 with a K&N filter. Thanks!

If the only mod is a K&N filter you should stick with the stock heat range. Are you fouling out now?
