Having probs taking the inside wheel bearings out of......
#1
The rear carrier. One of my bolts broke inside the wheel bearing carrier and wouldnt come out with an extractor. I bought the new carrier ($105 at Polaris) but is a bare setup with no bushings or bearings. So how do i get them out of the old one and into the new one. I took the lock ring off but cant get anything else out---anyone else ever have to do this?---thanks----Dave

well u have to kinda work them on, u just dont hit them, what we usud was kind like a pic or somethinglike a flathead screwdriver and easily banged the bearings over the hard areas.

This is the rear axle carrier for the SP500. After you remove the snap ring, a large hammer and large punch (a 1/2" drive ratchet extention will work if you don't mind messing it up) will drive the bearing out in the direction that the snap ring came out.
Before putting everything back together, make sure the inner bearing race is not still on the end of the CV axle (common problem, and it won't go back together like that )
