What ECU Firmware version is on your 700 EFI?

New user to the forum here. I just purchased a new 700 EFI last Friday. I love this thing!!!
The techie side of me noticed on page 44 of user manual how to get into diagnostic mode of electrical and EFI system. My 700 had a build date of 4.19.04 and firmware was v. 2.1.
Is this what everyone else has? I'm curious how many revisions there have been since release last year.
I hope to put in 4 days of good riding this upcoming weekend.
Could someone who uses Amsoil here point me in the right direction on what Amsoil equivalents I need to use for transmission and gear oil? I've already got the engine oil.
Thanks!

I don't know about the "firmware" but as far as the oil goes, I would stick to the Polaris oil. I don't work for Polaris or anything, but you could loss your warranty if you use that oil to my understanding. Also its not but about $5 bucks more, and you know that oil will work. However if you live far away from a dealer, you may want to use a different brand of oil. This is just what I do. Welcome to the forums!

V 2.3
Oil, read the owners manual or was it the service manual. I forget the API oil code but if I rememeber rite it says 0-40w with the proper API rating. Filter, well filter is as filter does, Napa gold w/Amsoil.
Some things ya'll might wanna check. Behind left front tire rite above coolant bottle. Check the fuel line, its rubbing on the frame, check the coolant hose and the plug wires they are also rubbing on the frame. Also L & R side frame (key word side) one bolt missing on each side. very front up under radiator in front of A-arm tab.

I wish I'd have seen this thread last week. I now have a hole in the fuel line from rubbing on the frame so all you EFI owners better get out and check this. The frame rubbed a groove in the line and it sprays fuel when running but doesn't leak when sitting. Now I have to make a trip to the dealer so they can fix it
