no but i would say around 60. i just found the speeds of some other quads like the tb. TB= 41.88 250EX= 46.85 Z250= 48.35 Blaster= 52.37 Mojave= 52.99 all those were on sand/dirt type surface. also i forgot to add that was my top speed when i didnt have the clutch springs

Mine is stock and with the trailtech on flat asphalt I got 50.2 mph and it was on a very long straightaway.

The absolute easiest way to make it go faster is to sell it and buy a 400. Then when you have a little more money, you have something you can easily mod to go WAY fast! If you can't afford to upgrade to a Scrammy or TB400, my personal opinion is you're better off to buy an older Sport 400 in good shape than put a bunch of money in the 250. I know many guys on here mod their 250's, but I'd go with the 400 and get the bonus of liquid cooling also. (I had a '93 250 Trail Boss before the '95 Sport 400 in my screen name. Now I have the Xplorer because I ride more where I need the 4x4 and low range)
